Island Architects are the only locally-based firm of Architects on Scilly. Drawing from professional backgrounds in architecture, surveying and commercial agency, the three partners offer an unrivalled and comprehensive design service, from initial design concepts right through to delivery of the finished project.

We can handle projects of all sizes, on all the islands, from the smallest house extension through to large, new-build projects. In collaboration with our affiliated company, Sibleys Chartered Surveyors, we can offer a comprehensive package which includes lease negotiations and general property advice.

All clients, irrespective of the size of project, receive the same personal attention throughout. We work for many private clients, as well as corporate clients including The Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust and the Diocese of Truro.
