Valuations
As Chartered Surveyors, we undertake valuations for a wide range of lenders, including Lloyds TSB, Barclays Bank and Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society.
All valuations are carried out in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Appraisal and Valuation Manual. As you would expect, we hold comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Surveys and Homebuyers Reports
If you have agreed to acquire a property on the islands, we would be pleased to carry out a survey and / or valuation on your behalf to give you the peace of mind to proceed. Alternatively, if we do discover defects with the property, you may well be able to use the results of our report to negotiate a price reduction.
